Description of Type Design Change: Installation of fiberglass landing gear doors in accordance with Nayak Aviation Corporation Drawing List 40000 dated 5/13/65.
Limitations and Conditions: STC SA69SW, fiberglass nose installation or Piper long nose (PA-23-250 Model only) is required. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
