Description of Type Design Change: Installation of large baggage door in accordance with Drawing List 19-23000 revised 4/19/66.
Limitations and Conditions: This modification is applicable on Piper Models PA-23, PA-23-160, PA-23-235, and PA-23-250 all serial numbers. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
