1) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Report Number 35654-2, Revision B dated December 15, 1986, or later FAA approved revision, is required when DL F50-01105 -503 or -505 installation is utilized.

2) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Report Number 35654-3, dated September 14, 1987, or later FAA approved revision, is required when DL F50-01105 -507 Installation is utilized.

3) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Report Number 35654-3, Revision A dated October 26, 1987, or later FAA approved revision, and Report No. 35660-4, dated October 26, 1987 or later FAA approved revision, is required when DL F50-01105 -509 Installation is utilized or Report Number 35660-4 is required for a UNS-764 Stand-alone installation.

4) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Report Number 35654-4, Revision C dated November 9, 1990, or later FAA approved revision, is required when DL F50-01105 -511 Installation is utilized.

5) This certification is limited to the -503, -505, -507, -509 and -511 Installation of Drawing List Report No. F50-01105.

6) Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

7) This STC utilizes STC SA5956SW, issued June 17, 1985, as the certification basis of compliance.
