Description of Type Design Change: Installation of the 3-bladed Hartzell HC-C3YR-1 RLF/FL 7663-8R propeller on aircraft equipped with Lycoming IO-360-A1B6 engine and Hartzell hydraulic governor Model F-2 in accordance with Aerofab Inc. Drawing No. 160015, dated March 11, 1974.

1. Propeller diameter limited to maximum 70 inches; minimum 67 inches.

2. This modification eligible only on aircraft equipped with Lycoming IO-360-A1B6 engine and Hartzell hydraulic governor Model F-2.

3. Pitch settings at 30 inch station: low 10 1/2°, high 25.6°.

4. Aerofab Inc. AFM Supplement No. 6, FAA approved June 20, 1974, is required with this installation.

This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications will produce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
