Description of Type Design Change: Replace the Lindstrand Balloons Basket/Burner/Fuel Tanks with a Aerostar International Basket/Burner/Fuel Tanks. Eligible Aerostar International Basket/Burner/Fuel Tank combinations are installed in accordance with the appropriate FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement listed on AML No. SB03066CH amended December 12, 2013, or later FAA Approved revisions.

1. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement No. 005, Revision 1, dated December 12, 2013, or later FAA approved revision is required. 2. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SB03066CH, amended December 12, 2013, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified balloon. 3. The modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Lindstrand Balloons (Envelope) and Aerostar International (Basket, Burner, Fuel Tanks). 4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. 5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission
