Description of Type Design Change: Replace the Head Balloons Burner system with the Balony Kubicek Burner Model IGNIS 2 Units, S/N 1125 and 1126.
1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated July 29, 2015, is required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Head Balloons (Envelope, Basket, Fuel Tanks) and Balony Kubicek (Burner). 3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products.
This approval is limited to only the installation made in Head Balloons, Inc Model AX8-105, Serial No. 394. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
