Installation of modified Lubricated Camshaft in accordance with Master Drawing List FFT-MDL-ST3370DE-E, Revision IR, dated September 9, 2005; FAA approved September 26, 2005, or later approved revision.

1. All engine installation criteria and limitations are unchanged and remain in effect. Installation of engines modified by this STC must be in accordance with the original aircraft installation criteria.

2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Firewall Forward LLC Report FFT-CAI-002, Revision IR, dated September 9, 2005, FAA accepted October 12, 2005, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.

3. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified engine.

4. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
