Modification of the engine propeller mounting shaft in accordance with Dennis Taylor “Instructions and Requirements for Installation of Aeromatic Propeller on Franklin 4AC-199-E3 Engine Serial Number 200272”.
1. Cockpit must display a placard limiting the engine rotation to a maximum of 2,500 RPM
2. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Franklin Engine Company, Engine Model AC-199-E3, Serial Number 200272. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
