Installation of rotocoil, valve springs, ni-resist valve guide, exhaust valve with chrome flash on stem, and rocker shaft with thrust buttons in accordance with ECi Drawing Number AEC65314, Rev. E, dated February 6, 2003, or later FAA approved revision. Installation data and eligibility is in ECi Service Instruction 02-8, Rev. IR, dated February 5, 2003, or later FAA approved revision.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
