b. Istec Ltd. Drawing No. 200D060, Rev. C, dated November 24, 1987, and Istec Ltd. Installation Instructions 104/355 dated November 27, 1987, for AS 355 series helicopters.
The Canadian Department of Transport approved Flight Manual Supplement apples for the installations as numbered above:

a. High or low skid landing gear.
b. Any skis approved for an AS 355 series helicopters
c. Rear view mirror.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
4. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
