Drawing List, Report No. S61N-1A, Revision F, dated June 11, 2024. Required model-specific documentation is identified in the attached FAA Approved Model List (AML).
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. The applicable Carson Helicopters, Inc. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement identified in the attached FAA Approved Model List (AML) must be attached to the aircraft’s FAA-approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual.
4. When used for carrying external loads, aircraft modified under this STC must be operated in accordance with the applicable requirements of 14 CFR Part 133.
5. Maintenance and inspection of the cargo-sling installation must be accomplished in accordance with Carson Helicopters, Inc. ICA-00004, Revision 0, dated August 25, 2026, or later FAA-accepted revisions.
