On model AS350B3, the STC installs KIT 350-SAT-100 in accordance with Outerlink Corporation’s Master Drawing List document number MDL350-SAT-100, revision C, dated February 10, 2017, or later FAA approved revision. Operation must be in accordance with Outerlink Corporation’s Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) document number FMS350SAT001, revision IR, dated Oct 27, 2016, or later FAA approved revision.

2. On model EC130B4, the STC installs KIT 130-SAT-100 in accordance with Outerlink Corporation’s Master Drawing List document number MDL130-SAT-100, revision C, dated November 1, 2017, or later FAA approved revision. Operation must be in accordance with Outerlink Corporation’s Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) document number FMS130SAT001, revision A, dated September 15, 2017, or later FAA approved revision.

1. The RFMS must be carried in the rotorcraft during all flights.

2. For model AS350B3, maintenance must be in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), document number ICA350SAT001, revision A, dated September 29, 2016, or later FAA accepted revision. The ICA must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

3. For model EC130B4, maintenance must be in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), document number ICA130SAT001, revision A, dated September 25, 2017, or later FAA accepted revision. The ICA must be made available to the operator at the time of installation.

4. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters AS350B3 rotorcraft is as follows:
