1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by installer.
2. Instruction for Continued Airworthiness, Document Number PR-206/407RDP-120M, entitled, "206/407RPD-100 Removable Dual Pedal Installation", Original Revision, dated April 12, 2001, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.
3. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
4. FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. PR-206/407RDP-100M, Revision 0, dated April 25, 2001, or later FAA approved revision is required for this installation.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
