2. Operation must be in accordance with Airbus Helicopters Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplements:

a. Model AS350B3: Doc. No. SUP.0 Normal Revision 3 (date code, 16-40) and Doc. No. SUP.99.1 Normal Revision 0 (date code 16-40) or later EASA approved revision.

b. Model EC130B4: Doc. No. SUP.0 Normal Revision 1 (date code, 19-48) and Doc. No. SUP.99.1 Normal Revision 0 (date code 19-48) or later EASA approved revision.

1. The rotorcraft must be operated in accordance with the "Limitations"

a. Model AS350B3: Doc. No. SUP.99.1 Normal Revision 0 (date code 16-40) or later EASA approved revision.

b. Model EC130B4: Doc. No. SUP.0 Normal Revision 1 (date code 19-48) and Doc. No. SUP.99.1 Normal Revision 0 (date code 19-48) or later EASA approved revision.

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification to the Airbus Helicopters AS350B3 and EC130B4 rotorcraft is as follows:

a) The type certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters AS350B3 and EC130B4 rotorcraft as shown on TCDS H9EU for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b) The type certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters AS350B3 and EC130B4 rotorcraft as shown on TCDS H9EU for parts changed or affected by the change with the following exceptions:
