Configuration -01: AS350B2/B3 models, Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) 350FMS-528 Revision IR, dated March 6, 2014 or later ODA approved revision and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 350MMS-028 Revision IR, dated February 12, 2014 or later ODA or AEG accepted revision are required.

Configuration -02 & -03: EC130B4/T2 models, Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) 130FMS-515 Revision IR, dated March 6, 2014 or later ODA approved revision and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 130MMS-021 Revision IR, dated February 12, 2014 or later ODA or AEG accepted revision are required.

Configuration -04: AS350B2/B3 models, Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) 350FMS-528 Revision IR, dated March 6, 2014 or later ODA approved revision and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 350MMS-037 Revision IR, dated February 25, 2017 or later ODA or AEG accepted revision are required.

Configuration -05: AS350B2/B3 models, Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) 350FMS-528 Revision B, dated March 17, 2017 or later ODA approved revision and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 350MMS-042 Revision IR, dated July 9, 2018 or later ODA or AEG accepted revision are required.

Configuration -06: AS350B3 model, Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) 350FMS-549 Revision IR, dated December 20, 2018 or later ODA approved revision and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 350MMS-037 Revision B, dated December 20, 2018 or later ODA or AEG accepted revision are required.

Configuration -07: AS350B3 model, Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) 350FMS-549 Revision IR, dated December 20, 2018 or later ODA approved revision and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 350MMS-079 Revision IR, dated January 14, 2022 or later ODA or AEG accepted revision are required.

SR09500RC-D Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for all configurations is the same as TCDS H9EU, Rev. 23, dated November 18, 2014 except for the following:

Limitations and Conditions (continued from Sheet 1):

2. Rotorcraft modified under this STC are required to have an approved primary flight instrument system installed on the rotorcraft because the L-3 Trilogy ESI-2000 or ESI-500 does not replace the required VFR rotorcraft instruments.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. Additional limitations may be detailed in the Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement(s).
