1. Installation of the Rockwell Collins TDR-94D Transponder Upgrade - ADS-B Out must be in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd. Master Drawing List MDL19076 Revision B, Transport Canada approved July 05, 2022, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
2. Operation must be in accordance with New United Goderich Inc. Flight Manual Supplement FMS19076-1 Revision N/C, Transport Canada approved December 16, 2021, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Transport Canada accepted New United Goderich Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA19076-1 Revision A, dated May 05, 2022, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.
Note: This STC does not require a revised Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).
Certification Basis:
Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) §21.115 and §21.101, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for MHI RJ Aviation ULC Model CL-600-2B19 is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for MHI RJ Aviation ULC Model CL-600-2B19 as shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A21EA-1 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
