1. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, report 01579-001, dated 9/21/95, or later approved revision is required.

2. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this Certificate and Flight Manual Supplement must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. A copy of this Certificate and Flight Manual Supplement dated 9/21/95, or later approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
