1. This freighter/flexible combi (FlexCombi) interior may only be installed onto a Boeing 737-700 Series aircraft which has been modified to a freighter aircraft by STCs SA2969SO Main Deck Cargo Door Installation and SA2968SO Main Deck Floor Modification.

2. The installation should not be incorporated into any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted airplane model series only.

5. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent record of the modified aircraft.

6. Maintain in accordance with: FAA-Accepted PEMCO Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), ER-6534, Rev. B, dated 21 August, 2025. This document must be incorporated into the operator’s maintenance program.

7. Operate in accordance with: FAA Approved PEMCO Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) P03-0701, Rev. 02, dated 07 August 2025; and Weight and Balance Control and Loading Manual Supplement, Report No. P03-0700WB, Rev. 8, dated 17 October, 2022; or later FAA approved revisions.

8. Extended operation has not been evaluated for this change.
