2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Walkabout Air document WA-196-ICA-01 Revision A, dated November 24, 2022, or later FAA approved revision, shall be made available to the operator at the time of installation and be incorporated in the operator's maintenance program.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Dassault Falcon 900EX aircrafts is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Dassault Falcon 900EX aircrafts are shown on TCDS A46EU for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The modification certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, April 3, 2019 is based upon part 25 as amended by Amendment 25-136. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:
