Description of Type Design Change: Interior reconfiguration for 14 passengers (mid to aft cabin only) in accordance with McKinney Aerospace LP Master Drawing List (MDL) MD-GV-3961-01 Revision I.R., dated November 18, 2005, or later FAA approved revision. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) Document Number FM-GV-3961-01, Rev. N/C, dated December 2, 2005, or FAA approved revision is required.
Limitations and Conditions: Description data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation G-V Serial Number 612 aircraft. This Certification Basis for the installation is per Type Certification Data Sheet (A12EA), Revision 28, dated August 12, 2004.
