THE HOLE CUTOUT IS ON THE UNDERSIDE SKIN AND IS NOT READILY VIEWED WITHOUT REMOVAL OF THE STABILIZER. THESE CRACKS WERE FOUND UPOSDR 2003FA0001163Module · seizedON 17, OCT. 2003, FIRST START OF THE DAY, PILOT REPORTED ENGINE WOULD NOT START. SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION REVEALED THAT AXIAL COMPRESSOR WAS SEIZED. ONLY WITH GREAT EFFORT COULD THE AXIAL COMPRESSOR BE TURNED BY HAND. ENGINE WAS REMOVED FOR RETURNED TO FACILITSDR 2003FA0001076Module · damagedPILOT REPORTED ENGINE WOULD NOT START AFTER FUEL STOP. AFTER 45 MINUTES ANOTHER ATTEMPT WAS MADE.
