Narrative: history of flight: an uneventful flight was made from springdale, ar to Williamsport, PA. During the landing roll at Williamsport, PA. The right engine quit. The pilot attempted to restart the engine on the runway. During the starter engagement the pilot noticed the engine cowling moving in rhythm with the starter rotation. The start was discontinued and the pilot taxied to the parking spot on one engine. Damage to aircraft: no obvious external damage to the aircraft. When the right engine cowling was removed it was discovered the #1 cylinder had become detached from the crankcase at the base of the cylinder.
