From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: takeoff rejected when crew was unable to get takeoff thrust on #2 engine. Max epr attained was 1.6. Other #2 engine gauges also read lower than #1 and #3 engines. Problem caused by tramco mechanics who adjusted engine throttle stagger and fuel control prior to this takeoff. Aircraft still under warranty so tramco returned to fix it right. Adjusted #2 engine throttle controls and set max. Forward thrust per mm 76-11-00. Ops check good on functional test.
