What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Narrative: the nose tire of the aircraft involved failed on takeoff just prior to V-1. The takeoff was aborted and the aircraft came to a stop approximately 1,000 feet from the departure end of the runway on center line. The owner/pilot-in-command of the aircraft occupied the right front seat as he was permitting another pilot, who was not rated in the aircraft, to conduct the ratings. There were no injuries. The only damage was to the nose tire and wheel. File closed.
