From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: as the aircraft taxied across a slumped area in the ramp at 39A, prop tips contacted pavement slightly. (Slumped area runs across ramp, and is approximately 6 inches deep, as if support has been washed out from under ramp pavement). The following actions were taken to prevent recurrence: 1. Expressed need to repair ramp with the manager of 39A. 2 contacted john knight, director of Arkansas dept. Of aeronautics, and informed him of the condition of 39A, which is an unfunded private airport in receivership.
