From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: first officers leg to fly: upon roll out to runway 28L at cmh, first officer brought throttles to max. As the aircraft began to rollout, crew heard a loud bang. Similar to compressor stall. Crew throttled back left hand engine. As they exited taxiway C-1, noticed oil pressure and quantity at zero for left engine. Aircraft was flown by the same crew from dtw to cmh. Noticed no problems. Same for start & taxi at cmh. Upon investigation of the left engine, the inlet guide vanes, first and second stage fans and stators were severly damaged. Also one blade to the first stage fan was partially missing.. This was a contained failure.
