From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During the takeoff initial climb, approximately 30 feet AGL, the agricultural airplanes engine lost power. The pilot pulled back on the control stick and intentionally stalled the airplane in order to prevent it from nosing over on touchdown in the soft field. The hard landing resulted in the collapse of both main landing gear. Examination of the engine and the propeller revealed no pre-impact discrepancies which would have precluded normal operation. (-23) pilot reported that the engine lost power just after takeoff. He was unable to remain airborne and crash landed in a wheat field adjacent to the airport.

As the FAA filed it
