From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Narrative: after landing at Hinckley Airport in Ogden, Utah the pilot was taxiing and encountered two marshallers directing him to park the aircraft parallel to the hangar. The pilot was required to make two 90 degree turns. On the second turn he observed a fork truck near the hangar. The pilot did complete the turn, and the marshaller instructed the pilot forward and to the right. He did proceed, and the left outboard leading edge of the wing struck the fork truck, causing a dent and small tear on the leading edge. A temporary repair was made. The director of operations was counseled on airline safety and responsibility. Afterwards director of operations counseled pilot-in-command and second-in-command on airline safety and responsibility.
