From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-5)The pilot of N6743T was on short final making a hard left turn to Meacham airport located in Fort Worth, TX and was told to go around by ATC because the gear was not extended. The pilot gave no response to ATC. The aircraft started to land with gear up and it appeared that at the last few moments before landing the pilot tried to extend the gear. The physical evidence shows the left engine prop struck the runway first. No marks from the gear doors were present at the first prop strike. A few feet after the first prop strike, scrap marks were found from the left gear door followed by the right gear door. Prop strikes were found from the right engine a few feet past the right landing gear tire skid marks. The right landing gear tire marks were caused from the outboard side of the tire. It appears the right main was trying to extend due to the angle of attack of the aircraft. The left side was lower then the right side. After the first prop strike the aircraft is estimated to have traveled approx. 500 feet before stopping. The flaps were noted to be at 15% lower.
