From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot was cleared to land on runway 32 and had additional traffic called out to him, a Gulfstream on final for runway 35. The pilot felt uncomfortable with the spacing betwen him and the Gulfstream and requested runway 35 behind the Gulfstream. He was cleared for a left turn to downwind for runway 35, he got a gear warning horn in the flair, and then the prop strike. The pilot stated he forgot to lower the landing gear, the aircraft was landed with the landing gear in the up position. This investigation is closed.
