From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-5)Aircraft was at cruise, enroute to alt from bna. Approximately 35 minutes into the flight both hydraulic pressure gauges started to fluctuate and then went to '0' pressure. The aircraft incurred a hydraulic system failure. The aircraft returned to bna. An emergency landing was declared and the landing gear and flaps were activeated by means of the emergency hydraulic system. The aircraft landed and returned safely to the gate. The crew did an outstanding job of getting the aircraft back to bna and on the ground. The r/h hydraulic pump return line had reuptured as a result of chafing the compressor drain line. The line was relaced and all also #1 and #2 engine driven hydraulic pumps. The system filters were inspected and replaced, no evidence of metal noted. The entire aircraft hydraulic system was bled i/a/w the aircraft maintenance manual. Gear, flap and brake systems were leak and functionally checked with no discrepancies noted. The aircraft returned to service.
