From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The aircraft touched down 2300 feet from the threshold (end) of runway 24 (RW24 is 6500 feet long - thus leaving 4300 feet for stopping). Upon contact with the ground the aircraft bounced 30-40 feet. Maximum braking and thrust reverser were applied. The aircraft came to rest with the nose wheel off the end of the runway by approximately 40 feet; the main landing gear remained on the hard surface of the runway. There is no visual damage to the aircraft. None of the 108 passengers and five crewmembers sustained any injuries.
