From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot stated: just as the aircraft started to flare over the runway, someone on the ground radioed, your gear is not down. He checked the gear lever, just as the main gear touched down. He decided that the radio warning was not for his aircraft. He continued to land the aircraft lowering the nose of the aircraft. The nose gear did not extend, the propeller struck the runway and the main gear collapsed. The aircraft received major damage to main and nose landing gear area, the propeller and the belly skin of the aircraft. There were no injuries as a result of this incident.
