What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) Aircraft departed evergreen airpark (59S) enroute to Green Mountain (WA67) approximately 6 minutes flight time. On arrival the pilot observed light winds as indicated by the wind sock and light rain. The 2000 foot runway had wet surface. The pilot believes he touched down within the first 500 feet of the runway but due to the wet surface the brakes were not effective and the aircraft could not be stopped within the remaining 1500 feet. The aircraft exited the end of the runway and collided with a fence post.
