What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) Pilot was taxiing a tow aircraft, with tow rope attached, into position to hook up to a glider with the intention of flight. The end of the tow rope caught on something on the ground.
