From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Right engine pylon over/heat light came on at ftl 290. Pilot reduced power by retarding power lever. The light went off and the pilot advanced power lever and the engine flamed out. The crew contacted okc ATC and declared an emergency landing with over weight conditions. The aircraft landed okc at 1113 CDT without incident. The aircraft was being flown in the experimental category to show compliance for the application of an STC under avn's das authority. Maintenance found a leaking hot air duct in the pylon area. Repaired duct ran aircraft and could not duplicate problem. They have not determined the reason for the flame out at this time. Aircraft inspected for over weight landing per avn's maintenance program.
