From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot states that after the gear was extended and before landing the aircraft, he noticed that the main gear lights flickered then went out. He did a go around and on his second attempt he experienced the same situation but noticed the nose gear was down on his left nacelle mirror. He decided to put the aircraft on the runway and heard both mains make contact with the runway but as he was rolling he noticed the left wing dipping, followed by the right wing. He regained control and slid the aircraft off the runway with minimal damage to the aircraft and no damage to the engines. There was no fire and no injuries. An m or d report will be filed.
