(-23) Instructor and student were doing an autorotation starting at 700FT AGL @70KNTS. At 200FT @60KNTS the instructor rolled on power and the aircraft continued to descend to the ground striking the ground in a level attitude with 30KNTS forward airspeed. The aircraft then rolled to the right. There was no post crash fire or injuries to the pilots.

(-23) INSTRUCTOR AND STUDENT WERE DOING AN AUTOROTATION STARTING AT 700FT AGL @70KNTS. AT 200FT @60KNTS THE INSTRUCTOR ROLLED ON POWER AND THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO DESCEND TO THE GROUND STRIKING THE GROUND IN A LEVEL ATTITUDE WITH 30KNTS FORWARD AIRSPEED. THE AIRCRAFT THEN ROLLED TO THE RIGHT. THERE WAS NO POST CRASH FIRE OR INJURIES TO THE PILOTS.
