What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) On approach the pilot selected ten degrees of flaps. On base he selected 20 degrees of flaps and they failed to move to that position so he elected to land with 20 degrees of flaps. After landing it was noted that the flap circuit breaker had popped so it was pushed back in. The flap selector had been moved to the up position and the flaps attempted to retract but malfunctioned in the track and jammed against the left aileron rendering the aileron unmovable. No other damage or injury.
