From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot stated that about rotation speed the aircraft suddenly swerved to the left and came to rest off the runway. At the time ASOS reported winds at approximately 11 knots and gusting to 19 knots. Mechanics from miracle strip aviation inspected all of the flight controls for continuity and found them to be intact and to have full continuity. The steering rods and nose wheel and axle were inspected and found ok as well. Aircraft substantial damage due to the soft ground to the left side of the runway, which caused the nose gear to collapse.
