From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Departed to the south with 4 pax and full fuel. Runway is 4000' and it was hot. PIC stated that it would not climb at recommended airspeed and that the right wing began to stall, he lowered the nose to retain airspeed and was unable to climb and crashed within 1/2 mile of the end of the runway. Review of weight and balance revealed operation at max gross weight and forward CG out of limits of aircraft flight manual. (-23 amendment) review flight manual indicated that PIC did not comply with AFM requirements for takeoff for limited runway.
