From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) During approach to landing the pilot of N6122A was asked by the Palo Alto ATCT to make "s" turns to create separation between them and a Beechcraft BE-18 in position for takeoff on runway 31. After the BE-18 departed, N6122A landed long on the 2443 foot runway. After touchdown, a "go-around" was initiated, after the aircraft became airborne again, it struck a 4 foot high perimeter fence, slid up a berm and came to rest on the backside of the berm in a southerly direction.
