From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) This was a demonstration flight to a client interested in purchasing super cub. The pilot privacy data omitted demonstrated an off airport landing, on a sand bar. After touchdown on the gravel and applying the brakes they crossed a silty area where the brakes momentarily locked up. During this time, the pilot privacy data omitted raised the tail slightly to see over the nose of the aircraft, at the same time they crossed a patch of gravel. This caused the aircraft to nose over because of the increased drag.
