From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Netjets aviation inc dba as executive jet flight 623 declared an emergency on approach to Lincoln, NE. The crew had selected gear down and got a gear unsafe warning. All other warnings indicated that the right main landing gear did not extend. A fly by of the tower confirmed that the right landing gear was not down. The crew then flew a holding pattern and went thru the aircraft's emergency gear extension checklist. A second fly by of the tower confirmed that the gear was down. The aircraft landed without incident. Contract maintenance replaced the right main landing gear uplock actuator.
