From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Weather for khnz at 1940 local time as winds 180/11G16 5VIS dz BKN006 OVC009 temp 21 dew point 18 A2988 P0001. On site investigation determined the aircraft landed 1200FT down runway 06 at approximately 110 knots. After landing, the aircraft began to hydroplane as the pilot applied brakes, the pilot released the brakes then attempted braking again with the same result. Brakes were released then reapplied for a third time with the same results. After the second attempt at braking the winds pushed the aircraft to the left side of centerline as it was hydroplaning. The aircraft continued on this side of the runway to the end where it exited the runway between the runway end lights located on the left side of centerline. The aircraft continued for another 100 ft through a muddy overrun just passing the left side of the localizer antennas. The aircraft then slid down the embankment at the end of the overrun and came to rest in a ditch at the bottom. Damage was to the nose gear and nose cone only. There were no injuries or fire.
