From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Aircraft departed Johnson County Executive Airport (ojc) enroute to moritz memorial airport, beloit, Kansas (K61). Upon arrival at the destination, the landing gear failed to provide a positive gear down indication. The pilot was unable to resolve the landing gear problem and returned to ojc for an emergency landing. After touchdown, the landing gear collapsed resulting in minor damage to the airplane. During the investigation of this incident, a test of the landing gear system was conducted. At that time, the landing gear system functioned normally. Incident privacy data omitted is closed.
