From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot privacy data omitted stated: he departed IFR from atw enroute to gbd, the entire operation was normal until touchdown on runway 33. The runway was covered with black-ice which was not detectable until the aircraft was on the runway. As the pilot applied the brakes he discovered braking action was nil. The aircraft was allowed to coast down the runway to a stop, as applying the brakes would have aggravated the situation further. As a result of braking action nil the aircraft went off the end of runway 33 and onto the grass, coming to rest in a field.
