From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot attempted to land without lowering the landing gear. The aircraft touched down and incurred impact damage to the following components: both propellers, antennas and lights on belly, the trailing edge flaps, and the RH wing tip. The pilot initiated a go-around and was able to get the aircraft airborne, but marginal performance caused by the propeller damage and the pilot's failure to retract the flaps resulted in the aircraft impacting a group of trees, causing substantial damage to both wings' leading edges and the RH elevator tip. The aircraft returned to airport with gear down and landed.

As the FAA filed it
