From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

The pilot asked privacy data omitted to get off the brakes privacy data omitted stated he wasn't on them. As privacy data omitted started to idle, the left main tire locked and then released, then the right main tire locked and released. The sequence may have happened two or three times before both tires blew. The aircraft came to a stop near the centerline around 3,000 ft down the runway, with the nose 10-15 degrees right of centerline. No damage to the aircraft other than the blown tires.
