Pilot reported that upon landing roll the aircraft started to veer to the left side of the grass strip and would not respond to rudder (tail wheel) correction. When brakes were applied the prop struck the ground and dug in causing the aircraft to slowly flip over. Examination of the aircraft showed continuity of the rudder/tail wheel controls.
